Miniatures at the Royal Canberra Show

Each year, on the last week-end in February, Canberra hosts the Royal Canberra Show. Along with animals, fruit and veg, flowers, cakes and jams, cars and farm machinery there is the Arts and Crafts Pavillion. On display is also a wonderful display of local and regional talent in classes ranging from papercraft, quilting and woodwork to painting, photography and calligraphy. Members of AIM were well represented in several classes this year.

There is a class within the Arts just for miniatures. I was given special permission by the chief steward to take some photographs to show you here.

Congratulations to the place winners and all the artists who entered. It was a wonderful display.
